ECIS Syensqo Award

Recognizing excellence in colloid and interface science

ECIS_logo

The ECIS Syensqo Award celebrates outstanding achievements in the field of colloid and interface science.
This award is presented in collaboration with the European Colloid and Interface Society (ECIS), a non-profit scientific organization whose objective is to advance colloid and interface science and to promote cooperation between European scientists.

Each year, the ECIS Syensqo Award honors a European researcher whose original and outstanding scientific work has made a significant impact in the field, with particular emphasis on advancements that contribute to Consumer & Resources. The award recognizes work of exceptional quality, as demonstrated through publications, patents, or other publicly available documents produced within the previous five years. By highlighting scientific excellence, the award encourages the ongoing pursuit of knowledge and the development of innovative solutions to address societal challenges.

The recipient is invited to deliver a plenary lecture at the annual ECIS Conference, where their achievements are celebrated among peers and the broader scientific community. Through this award, Syensqo and ECIS jointly reaffirm their commitment to supporting scientific exploration and recognizing those who push the boundaries of knowledge in colloid and interface science.

Contribution to scientific innovation

The ECIS Syensqo Award fosters collaboration between researchers and supports the development of cutting-edge solutions to current challenges in colloid and interface science. By recognizing excellence, the award encourages scientific exploration and the advancement of knowledge for the benefit of society.
