The mission of the Supporting Solidarity pillar is to empower communities by supporting initiatives that promote social unity, provide aid to those in need, and strengthen the bonds of solidarity in communities close to Syensqo sites.
For employees, the Fund can provide exceptional individual support, upon request, where other protection and solidarity programs may not provide coverage.
